Over the past 25 years, Randy has successfully brokered within all sectors of the commercial real estate industry completing in excess of $500,000,000.00 in total transactional volume. Randy has provided exceptional service for tenants, landlords, and developers. Randy earned his Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Oregon in 1997, and by the age of twenty-five (25) was awarded his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the CCIM Institute in Chicago, Illinois. The CCIM designation is held by less than 5% of commercial real estate professionals and is based volume and educational achievements earned by the designee. Randy sat on the board and served as President and Vice President of "Crickets House" (formerly an affiliate of the Children's Crisis Center) which provides services for at risk children in our community and enjoys golf, skiing, and traveling with his wife Sabrina and two children Vance & Brooke in his spare time.
