In 1979, Randy Garciga, launched his first company Cobra Power, a marine engine manufacturing company located in North Miami. Randy experienced fast business growth and began exploring real estate investment as a career. In 1991 Randy purchased his first shopping center for $2 Million in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. Randy stabilized the 73K SF building and in 2005, sold it for $10.5 Million. In 2009 Randy bought a construction company in NJ with 3.5 acres of land for $2.5MM. He held it through the recession and got it approved for a four-story 218-unit Multi-Family complex. In 2019 he sold the shovel-ready project for $14.5 million. Throughout the years Randy has concentrated on trading shopping centers. He now owns over 1.5 million SF in 9 states (NY, CO, IN, WI, MO, MS, IL, TN, and SC) and is still the sole owner and operator of Cobra Power.
