Randy Carballo is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Miami office. Mr. Carballo is a top industry professional who has successfully completed more than 2.5 million square feet of office lease transactions globally. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Carballo was an Executive Vice President at Blanca where he focused on key agency leasing assignments for the firm as well as tenant representation. Prior to that, Mr. Carballo spent 8 years at JLL where he focused on tenant representation. In addition to his passion for real estate and exceeding client expectations, Mr. Carballo is an active in business and civic organizations, such as United Way of Miami Dade, ALS Association, American Cancer Society. Mr. Carballo received a B.S.B.A with a focus in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida and a certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University. He is also a graduate of Leadership Miami’s 37th class
