Randy Hamilton is a principal real estate broker with Equity Oregon Realty. As a 2nd generation Realtor, he brings over 17 years of experience to marketing properties, negotiating sales and being an advocate for buyers & sellers. He is uniquely qualified to promote your home’s best features as a Certified Staging Agent and he puts that knowledge to work on houses in all price ranges. Randy spent years working in a niche market selling HUD (Housing and Urban Development) housing. These are houses that the Federal government sells to the public. In that role, he took part in marketing hundreds of houses owned by the federal government. He gives classes teaching Realtors and buyers how to write contracts and purchase HUD homes.
