Lifestyle projects he has assisted on include Southlake Town Square, MidTowne (Little Rock), Corbin Park (Kansas City), Highland Village Marketplace and Village at Turtle Creek (Jonesboro). Other property representation clients include Pines of Flower Mound and City Lights (Dallas). Prior to joining UCR in 2003, Rand assisted in acquisition due diligence and underwriting of mixed-use retail/office projects for Oxford Capital Partners. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma,
