Ralph Ongkeko

Ralph Ongkeko is the Director of Leasing accountable for all ValueRock Realty property leasing operations in Southern California as well as Oregon and Washington State. He also handles and manages all renewals, assignments, and terminations for each center. One of his primary duties is to establish solid relationships with a wide range of commercial brokers to facilitate networking with individual business owners all the way up to national tenants. In addition, he is responsible for negotiating leases and evaluating tenants from the Letter of Interest (LOI) stage up through lease execution. Mr. Ongkeko has over 25 years of sales experience. His background includes running several successful sales departments for a large retail store and managing a large sales group. He worked for 15 years in the residential mortgage loan industry, including ten years with the number one subprime lender in the Nation. He had over $1B in loan production and was recognized in the top 10 salespersons in the company. He is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
