After graduating from the University of South Florida in 1988, Ralph chose to make Tampa Bay his home. Right after college, his entrepreneurial journey began, leading him to establish successful ventures and make his first property investment in 1989. This ignited a lasting passion for real estate. Ralph's transition to Commercial Real Estate in 2001 was a turning point, and in 2011, he founded iQ Commercial, a testament to his commitment to the industry and his clients’ success.
