Raffi Simel

Raffi Simel focuses exclusively on office leasing, sales and advisory services at Cushman & Wakefield. Based in North Carolina, he joined the firm in 2013. Previously, he was a financial advisor with UBS Financial Services, Inc. Raffi was a UAA All-Conference golfer at Emory University and earned his MA from Tel Aviv University. He holds an SIOR Designation as an Office Specialist. Raffi was born in Munich, Germany and has since lived all over the United States. He was a top-ranked high school golfer in North Carolina and went on to play in college where he was a UAA All-Conference Team selection. At 23, Raffi started his own wealth management team, Novus Wealth Management Group, as a financial advisor for UBS Financial Services, Inc. Raffi was also a competitive chess player and is a two-time runner-up, for his age, in the United States. He lives in Greensboro and enjoys traveling and volunteering in the community.
