Rachele obtained her real estate salesperson license in 2005, followed by her broker license in 2008. She holds her license with RE/MAX TODAY in New Haven, the same small-town brokerage where she originally began her real estate career. Since, Rachele has kept her education as a top priority, earning her AHWD, C2EX, CDPE, GREEN, MRP, RENE, SFR, DRS Agent, and Missouri Hero's Welcome Home designations. Rachele served as President of the Franklin County Board of REALTORS in 2013, has served on the Board of Directors multiple times, and has served on numerous committees throughout her career. In 2019, she was appointed as the Franklin County Board liaison to the St. Louis Contracts and Forms Committee and is still currently fulfilling this role. At the state level, Rachele was voted to be a State Director for Franklin County Board in 2012 and has served in that capacity ever since. In 2022, she was appointed to the Executive Committee for a three-year term. She has served on several output groups, committees, the YPN advisory board, the Organizational Alignment PAG, and other various task forces. On the national level, Rachele has attended several Region IX Conferences and National Association of REALTORS conferences. She served on the Member Communications Committee in 2019, as well.
