Rachel West

Rachel joined AREA Real Estate Advisors as an associate of the retail team in August of 2019 and graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Public Policy in December of 2019. Rachel’s passion for commercial real estate has continued to grow through internships with Christie Development Associates in the summer of 2017 and with AREA Real Estate Advisors in the summers of 2018 and 2019. Rachel specializes in landlord and tenant representation and site selection. As a lifelong resident of Kansas City, Rachel’s focus is building lasting relationships with clients, and making a positive impact on the retail scene that she grew up around.
