Rachel Taylor is a Designated Broker and the owner of Pettit Realty and Property Management. She opened Pettit Property Management in 2011 and expanded to Pettit Realty in 2017. Rachel Taylor opened Pettit Property Management after being a private property manager for many years and branched out to offer those services to multiple homeowners and investors by opening a company of her own. Rachel Taylor wanted to bring a unique and innovative service to the market that would incorporate a product that addressed the common complaints and concerns in the property management industry. Over the years, practicing real estate by sharing her knowledge of the market with investor clients to assist in their purchases of rental inventory to maximize their revenue and portfolios, turning renters into home buyers, working extensively with military to make educated purchases to meet their long term goals of purchasing homes that will become great investment properties when they PCS or deploy, as well as working with family and friends buying and selling, Rachel Taylor found it beneficial to open a full real estate division of the company to facilitate the number of buyers and sellers being worked with and started a team to meet all of her client’s needs.
