She has been integral in the implementation of systems, policies and procedures. Rachel has experience as Director of Operations and currently Director of Sales, working with the outside sales agents as well as our inside sales department. Currently, as a Listing Partner for Jose Medina & Associates she works very closely with sellers to prepare their property For Sale with staging advice, pricing strategies and negotiating. Rachel loves to travel and spend time with her family (including 4 active and fun loving nephews) and friends. She also enjoys baking pies!
