Rachel Condon

Rachel Condon started Oxbow Real Estate, LLC in 2017 and brings 14 years’ experience representing industrial and office tenants and landlords. Her focus is to find cost-saving solutions for her clients with energy and efficiency. She is knowledgeable about institutional and locally owned real estate and leverages her experience to maximize her clients’ position in the market. A native of West Palm Beach, Florida, Mrs. Condon resides in Atlanta with her husband, Curtis, their daughter, Mirabel and their two golden doodles, Carl and Bunny. She is an avid fly fisher and enjoys treasure hunting for antiques. She is an active member of the Chastain Friends community group to fundraise for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and she and her family are members of Mt. Paran Church of God.
