Rachel Austefjord

Though I’m originally from the Bay Area in California, I spent all my summers out in the mountains west of Boulder, Colorado; so when it came time to go to college, I had my sights set on CU Boulder (sko buffs)! After graduating with a BS in Management and a Certificate in Real Estate from the Leeds School of Business in May of 2018, I found myself launched into the world of Commercial Real Estate as a Broker Associate at Summit Commercial Brokers, specializing in leasing and sales of office, industrial and retail commercial real estate in Boulder County; and as Secretary for the Commercial Brokers of Boulder, organizing networking events for Commercial Real Estate Brokers all around Boulder and also serving on the Board. Outside of Commercial Real Estate, I’m an avid outdoorswoman, I like to dabble on the guitar and piano when I get the chance, and I work on my 1974 VW Bug!
