Tim is a results-driven professional with 16+ years of commercial real estate experience and has a specialty background in multifamily and investment transactions. He began his career on Wall Street as an equity trader for Knight Capital. In 2004, Tim relocated his growing family to North Carolina in pursuit of a lifestyle change and to explore opportunities in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. During that time, Tim has earned his CCIM designation in addition to being a licensed Commercial Appraiser Trainee and an NC-licensed General Contractor. Adept at matching clients with properties, Tim’s success can be attributed tohis industry expertise, work ethic, and his network of both local and out-of-state clients.
