Quyen Nguyen

Quyen took a different path to Commercial Real Estate than most and definitely brings a unique experience and viewpoint to the team. Having graduated from University of Texas School of Dentistry, Quyen was a dental hygienist for over 10 years. She then took over a run down restaurant near the medical center in Houston and turned it around into a fast paced restaurant. She then moved to Dallas 4 years ago and proceeded to open 2 thriving Amazing Lash locations in DFW. Working closely with clients and developing a strong front and back staff lead both of her locations to be the top 3 in the nation on closing memberships. Teaming up with Structure Commercial, she is taking her background as a tenant and a business owner and applying it in the real estate commercial industry. With this experience, she can understand, capitalize, and cater on what each and every tenant/landlord wants and needs in leasing options.
