Price Simmons

Price Simmons is responsible for brokerage, management and development activities. His clients range from Fortune 500 companies to local individuals and businesses to government and non-profit entities. Price has been instrumental in the successful development of some of Tyler’s most prominent real estate projects in the last decade, including 92 acres on East Loop 323 and 30 acres on Old Jacksonville Highway and Grande Blvd. Prior to joining Simmons Real Estate in 2008, Price was a financial advisor at UBS in Fort Worth where he managed assets for institutional and high net worth clients. While at UBS, Price obtained his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Price is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors and serves on the Board of the Tyler Health Facilities Development Corporation. He is an active member of First Christian Church of Tyler, a Lifetime Member of the Eagle Scout Association and a former member of the Delta Waterfowl Board in Fort Worth, Texas. Price holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance with Real Estate emphasis from Texas Christian University. He is also a graduate from the TCU Ranch Management Program.
