Preston Rabban

Preston Rabban is detail-oriented and strives to have an unparalleled work ethic and communication skills. This is apparent by his many accomplishments. Preston was the Valedictorian at his high school, Orchard Lake St. Mary’s, while also being a captain on their State Championship football team. He obtained his Real Estate Salesperson License while still in high school, and also interned at KJ Commercial, where he developed a strong passion for commercial real estate. Thereafter, Preston attended The Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. He graduated in 2019 with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting. Upon graduation, he received a full-time offer to work at Stellantis (formerly Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) in the Finance Leadership Development Program. In his 2 years there, Preston performed 4 different finance and accounting roles and went through a rigorous training program. This corporate world experience has helped shape Preston’s personal and professional skills and will assist him as he transitions into the commercial real estate industry. In 2021, Preston formally launched his full-time career at KJ Commercial.
