Preston Pannell

Preston joined Wilson, Hull & Neal Real Estate in August 2012. He grew up in Cordele, Georgia, and graduated from Crisp County High School in 2001. Preston attended the University of Georgia on a football scholarship, graduating in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Consumer Economics and Housing. Preston was in Coach Mark Richt’s first football recruiting class, where he played defensive end and was a letterman. Preston has a strong interest in all aspects of Real Estate. Prior to becoming a broker, Preston worked in residential and in commercial property management at CF Property Management. He assisted growing a $10 million portfolio to one over $400 million. At CF Property Management he managed over 10,000 units from mobile home parks, low income apartments, section 8 housing, and college town apartments across the south east US. As a member of Wilson, Hull & Neal Real Estate, Preston has made the Million Dollar Club every year totaling over $50 million in volume. He has helped a wide range of clients from institutional landlords, local landlords, and business owners expanding into the Atlanta market and other surrounding areas. From an early age Preston learned the value of discipline, patience and teamwork, making him a valuable asset to the team. He strives to provide the highest level of service by staying appraised of current market knowledge, leverages valuable relationships within the real estate community, and takes the time to understand his client’s needs.
