My background is a wide array of experience. Originally in the construction business in the 80s, my company did everything from site work to utilities. Sensing a change in the market I branched out to environmental contracting in the 90s. I performed a variety of work from sub surface contamination, wetlands to DPCC. With the experience with brownfield properties I began to purchase and remediate said properties into the late 90s. After a brief stint of being a restaurant owner, I started a small repossession business that bloomed to a full service asset management firm. With my construction, environmental and asset management skills I have been able to assist various banks with every aspect or issue they might have.
