For more than 15 years, Pierre managed large-scale portfolios including office buildings, regional shopping centers and multi-residential projects. As Director of Operations, he also participated in acquisition transactions and partnership agreements for the Maestro Group, a renowned retirement residence company in Canada. Pierre also worked for 7 years as a broker within the Groupe Immobilier de Montréal agency. He orchestrated several major transactions in office buildings in Montreal, Laval and Quebec. He also participated closely in the redevelopment of an office building in Quebec (500, boul. Grande-Allée Est.), a loft-style building at 645 Wellington Street in Montreal and a conversion of an industrial building in an office building at 5455, De Gaspé in Montreal.
