Pierce Hance

Pierce Hance joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2015 and is a Senior Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s brokerage services group, representing some of New York City’s largest and most prestigious landlords and tenants. Pierce currently assists in leasing activities covering over 30 million square feet of commercial real estate assets in New York City and represents both single-office occupiers and multi-national corporations in the development and implementation of leasing and occupancy strategies for office space. Previously, Pierce was a member of RFR Realty’s in house leasing team covering a portfolio of over 8 million square feet throughout the New York Tri-State area. Prior to RFR Realty, Mr. Hance started his career in real estate with Newmark in the firm’s Global Corporate Services division.
