Returning to Boca Raton after college in 1996 to run the family business, Phyllis slipped right back into the business in which she had grown up. As Executive Filer at the age of 10, Phyllis really did learn the business from the file room to the board room. Today, as President, Phyllis handles the day to day business of leasing, management and communications concerning all properties. Having earned her Master of Arts in Journalism in 1992, Phyllis uses her skills to help keep tenants successful and on board with changes at properties and in the community. Tenants can reach Phyllis nearly 365 days a year and about 18 hours a day!
