Phillip Van Deems Jr

Philip V. Deems is a twenty plus year commercial and industrial real estate veteran in Southwest Florida. He has represented numerous clients in office, retail, medical, charter school, church and industrial sectors primarily in Cape Coral and Fort Myers. He has a long record of successfully guiding local and national clients with their real estate acquisitions, leasing needs or dispositions. Phil Jr. is married to his lovely wife, they have three sons and three dogs. He enjoy's boating, scuba diving, fishing and golf. He's also an active member of the Rotary Club of Cape Coral Goldcoast as President 2017-2018, Board Member of the Cape Coral Community Foundation and Member of National Association of Realtors.
