Phil Radcliff joined TRIO at end of 2021 after a 10-year career in healthcare recovery as an analyst, trainer, and team manager. His previous experience facilitated his development in analysis, customer service, and negotiations in a highly results-based, competitive industry. Since joining the TRIO team, Phil has specialized in retail, office, tenant rep, landlord rep, and land acquisitions. He has had the pleasure of representing/completing deals with Dutch Brothers Coffee, Anytime Fitness, Hutton Development, Fast Pace Health, Swig, Fiiz, Crave, Chase, Dollar General, State Farm, Dunkin’ Donuts, The JOINT, Firehouse Subs, Landry’s, PetSense, etc. Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Phil graduated from Trinity High School and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky. A longtime member at Ascension Catholic Church, he is currently a parishioner at St. Margret Mary where his children attend school. Phil and his family contribute many of their resources to the Steven Vanover Foundation and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three kids, along with playing volleyball and golf.
