He pursues being the best agent he can possibly be by putting his clients needs first. He continues to work in tenant representation specializing in industrial, retail, and medical centers as well as investment analysis and development. Phillip Pugh combines his knowledge of market trends with his clients needs in order to find the best fit for his clients business. Prior to practicing real estate, Mr. Pugh was the owner of his own logistics company as well as handled multiple developments.
