Phillip Cosmas

Phillip focuses on sale and leasing projects for property types ranging from land, office, and investment. Phillip’s experience in many areas of real estate allows him to fully understand his client’s needs and reach their end goal. His past experience working on both the landlord and tenant’s side, property development, and capital markets allows him to see where value can be added in any deal. Phillip has participated in transactions reaching a combined 3,000,000+ SF, including office, flex space, land sales, retail/mixed-use, multifamily, and standalone buildings. Some past and current clients have included private investors/business owners, corporate clients, and government agencies. Previously, Phillip was an analyst for the Investment Services Group of RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate. His work in this group helped shorten the timeline of transactions by quickly gathering, assessing, and disseminating financial information. Prior to joining the RESOURCE team, Phillip earned hands-on experience in property management, development, business marketing, and financial analysis in the central Indiana market.
