Phillip Carpenter

Phillip has been in the commercial real estate business in Jackson since 1984 and founded Carpenter Properties, Inc. in 1992. Prior to forming Carpenter Properties, Phillip was Marketing Director for Trammell Crow Company in their Jackson office for 8 years. Phillip received a B.A. degree from the University of the South in 1978 and an M.B.A. from Tulane University in 1984. His professional designations include Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, a charter member of the Commercial Division of the Mississippi Association of Realtors (MCAR), and is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He is very active with his church and community and has had numerous leadership positions, including Board Member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), Board Member of the Country Club of Jackson, Board Member of the Rotary Club of Jackson, Trustee of the University of the South, and Trustee of the Episcopal Diocese of Mississippi. He and his wife, Leslie, are members of The Chapel of the Cross. They have 3 sons and 1 daughter.
