He brings with him over thirty-two (32) years of commercial real estate experience, covering many aspects of the industry including the disposition of office, mixed-use, retail, and industrial properties as well as vacant land, hotels, retirement homes and apartment buildings. Philip has been involved in the sale of Commercial Real Estate, mostly in the Ottawa area but as far away as Belleville (for Ontario Hydro) and Trois Rivieres (for RoyNat Capital). Philip has established an excellent reputation with both Buyers and Sellers as an honest and diligent real estate professional.
