Philip Smith

Philip Smith, Director of Acquisitions, is focused on sourcing new investments for the firm focusing on value add, opportunistic and core plus multifamily, office, industrial and flex investments located in California, Arizona, Nevada and Colorado. In addition, Philip completes due diligence, market research and manages the closing of new investments. Prior to joining Dornin, Philip was a residential real estate agent licensed in the State of California since 2012 and was a recipient of the Leading-Edge Award. During that time Philip completed approximately $70 million of transactions throughout southern California. Philip is based out of the Laguna Beach office and spends his free time with his wife and two daughters. Philip also enjoys traveling, surfing and outdoors activities.
