In that time, he continually proves his authority as one of the most well-known entities in multi-tenant retail in Texas, completing more than 950 transactions totaling more than $3.8 billion. His unparalleled knowledge of Texas’ market trends and extensive expertise in leveraging the powerful Marcus & Millichap platform empowers his clients to capitalize on opportunities and trust in his commitment to meeting and understanding their individual needs. With a considerable background working in telecommunications at AT&T and Lucent Technologies, Philip used this as a catalyst to broaden his connections to start selling complex point-to-multipoint wireless networks to large carriers in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Venezuela, New Zealand, and Australia, which then led to his extremely successful career in real estate. His ability to change and evolve in different situations keeps him diligently aware of anything that’s going on around him, helping his clients consistently make informed decisions based on market knowledge and experience, which allows him to cultivate, maintain and perpetuate relationships.
