Philip Heilpern

Phil Heilpern has over 35 years of experience in the Long Island market having joined the CBRE Long Island office in 1985. He is consistently a top producer in the Long Island office and was the market leader in tenant representation and property sales. Phil has completed transactions in excess of 60 million square feet with almost $5 billion in consideration. An industry veteran, he has extensive experience working on behalf of owners in the sale and leasing of space in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Mr. Heilpern was promoted to the position of First Vice President in 2002 and to Senior Vice President in 2004.
