Phil Davis, ALC is a Senior Advisor with SVN/ Southern Commercial Realty, with 24 years of commercial real estate experience. Davis is a licensed broker in North Carolina and South Carolina and focuses the majority of his time in the Upstate of South Carolina. Prior to affiliating with Sperry Van Ness, Davis served as the founding principal member of Sperry Van Ness/Lighthouse Commercial Realty in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte, N C. Prior to that he spent the first eight years of his time working as a Broker in Greenville, S C and specialized in the sale of land and land acquisition for the development of mixed-use, retail, residential, and multifamily projects. Davis earned the Accredited Land Consultant designation in 2007 and is also a member of the REALTORS® Land Institute.
