Prior to joining Colliers, Philip was with The Chambers Group for 10 years focused on retail and land transactions, prior to that he was with Centurion Partners Development as their Director of Leasing. Mr. Corriher is a native Charlottean and relying on his close proximity as a long-time resident of Charlotte, Philip has a unique handle on the pulse of the Charlotte growth.
