Mr. Souza has developed long-standing relationships with several local and national developers and real estate organizations, providing such services as leasing, consultation, disposition of REO property and testifying as an expert witness. Mr. Souza has been quoted in several publications, authored articles for periodicals such as Western Real Estate News and conducted presentations for local real estate groups. A 32-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Souza began his career in 1983 with CB Richard Ellis, where he achieved the status of Fresno Top Five every year from 1991 to 2005, and was a top producer in eight of those years. Mr. Souza has completed more than 1,400 transactions valued in excess of $400 million. Mr. Souza is also credited with numerous successful office projects that include tenant and landlord representations. He and his team have acquired several assignments in the Palm Bluffs Corporate Center, a 235-acre business park development, as well as the Woodward Park area, both in Fresno, California. Mr. Souza's account management experience includes several years as the single-point-of-contact in the Fresno area for major tenants including: Bank of America; Chicago Title; State Compensation Insurance Fund; Fidelity Title; Westamerica Bank; North Pointe office properties. Services provided include site acquisition/disposition through market analysis and management of the leasing process from assignment to completion via the generation of reports and monitoring each component of the process.
