ABOUT

Philip Schenkel serves as a team member for both agency and tenant representation clients requiring advanced levels of transaction and operational experience. Phil has managed agency relationships with among others Brandywine Realty Trust/DRA Realty Advisors, Waterfront Redevelopment Partners, Diversified Capital and Westfield Corporate Holdings. Recent agency assignments included Brandywine Realty Trust and DRA Realty Advisors’ eleven building Lehigh Valley office portfolio (680,000 rsf – Allentown), Waterfront Redevelopment Partners nine building mixed use Waterfront development project (900,000 rsf – Allentown), Diversified Capital’s eleven story office building (116,000 rsf – Bethlehem), Westfield Corporate Holdings three story office building (65,000 rsf – Allentown), TekPark (511,000 rsf – Breinigsville). Recent Tenant Representation assignments included Adaptik Corporation (12,490 rsf – Bethlehem), Kelchners Horseradish (18,000 rsf – Allentown), Stantec Consulting Services (13,112 rsf – Wyomissing) and Omnicare (27,900 rsf – Allentown). Experience Phil has 25 years of commercial leasing, management, development, acquisition and disposition experience. He has been involved in nearly one thousand separate lease and sale transactions totaling approximately $1 Billion in transaction value for both owner/investor and tenant clients. Phil joined JLL in January 2014 after spending six years in the Lehigh Valley office of CBRE. Prior to 2008 Phil spent eighteen years with Brandywine Realty Trust and Bell Atlantic Properties overseeing and managing the day to day operations, asset management and leasing of multiple suburban office and industrial portfolios totaling over five million sf in several Pennsylvania and New Jersey submarkets. Education Phil is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and is a highly-respected member of the Lehigh Valley real estate and business community. Affiliations He currently is actively involved in many regional community and civic organizations, including serving on the Board of Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation where he is Chairman of the Brokers Developers Council and he serves on the Business Advisory Board for the Eastern Pennsylvania Arts Alliance. In addition, Phil served for many years as an active member (three times as the event chair) of the Lehigh Valley March of Dimes Commercial Real Estate Awards Committee and he has held a significant number of leadership and advisory roles at the Cathedral Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem and for the Episcopal Diocese of Bethlehem.
