Phil Hicks

Philip is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. He worked for Sullivan Hayes Brokerage for ten years as a Broker Associate before he and Joe David formed David/Hicks Brokerage. The focus of David/Hicks Brokerage was to provide services to retailers and property owners in all facets of retail real estate. Since the inception, Philip has grown the company to include 16 broker associates whose primary focus is on the representation of landlords and tenants. Most recently, the natural progression of the business turned into a merger with Allen Lampert of Lampert Properties - to form David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage. David Hicks Brokerage and Lampert Properties have had a 10-year history of teaming up on several successful developments.
