Phil Frenay

Phil joined Crossland Otter Hunt in 2009 having gained a masters in Real Estate Economics from the University of Reading. Specialising in Central London Office Agency, although having gained experience in a broad range of general practice surveying, Phil acts for a wide range of clients in both acquisition and disposal work for both landlords and tenants. Phil has a diverse client-base working with many of the top London commercial Landlord’s and, from an acquisition perspective, companies within all major sectors including advertising and marketing, design, technology, charities and associations, legal and financial.
