Peyton Easley, SIOR ,CCIM

Peyton is the Founder and President at Titan Commercial. He started Titan in 2022 and specializes in Industrial, Land, and Development transactions. He represents tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers, and has had great success with design-builds for large-scale Industrial developments. Peyton started in the commercial real estate business in 2015 at ICO Commercial. During his time at ICO, he consistently won top sales awards and completed some of the largest transactions in the firm’s history. He is often asked to speak and write about the industrial market in Houston. He takes pride in adding value to all of his clients by providing excellent service while putting their goals first. Peyton earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designation in 2021. Peyton and his wife Grace reside in Spring Branch with their three dogs. Peyton is an avid Baylor University and Houston sports fan. In his free time, he also enjoys playing basketball and golf.
