Peter Wray

Pete is a native of Staunton, Virginia, and now resides in Charlottesville, Virginia, with his wife and three sons. Pete has spent the majority of his life living and working in western and central Virginia. Since graduating from the University of Virginia in 1991, Pete has served in construction and real estate associated positions throughout the region, state, and country. Pete’s years of experience in the construction, real estate, and corporate management arenas have enabled him to become one of the region’s most successful commercial real estate brokers. Since 2003, Pete has completed over $502 Million in real estate transactions. Pete’s focus is on the representation of local, regional, and national companies, individuals, and non-profits with their purchasing, sales, leasing, and development requirements.
