Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Peter Winterling began his career in the commercial real estate industry with Cornish & Carey in 1988, specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial and office/flex properties. During his 34 years with Cornish & Carey/Newmark, Peter completed in excess of 2,000 lease and sale transactions. In 1995 and 1996, he was the recipient of the Worn Shoe Award, which is given each year to the agent with the highest number of completed transactions. He has also been a multiple-year nominee for the Association of Commercial Real Estate’s Industrial Broker of the Year award. Peter’s clients, who range from local start-ups to national firms, are the beneficiaries of his unparalleled market, transactional and negotiating experience. This hands-on experience provides him with the knowledge and ability to understand the elements of representation and a keen awareness of potential problems and most importantly how to avoid them.
