Since 2003 Peter has been an active commercial real estate broker, creating opportunity and financial benefits to a wide range of landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers. In the past 20 years Peter has completed the following notable transactions: In 2021 Peter represented the buyer of 1 Crosby Street, at the corner of Howard, in New York; the same year he represented both the buyer and seller of 41 and 43 Mercer Street. He has since leased 476 Broome Street, 104 Grand Street, 125 Prince Street, 500 Park Avenue, among other noteworthy transactions. To give some color on the diversity of the deals he brokers, in 2019 he brokered a 30-year lease for a Brooklyn warehouse to a developer (83-85 Third Avenue). In 2015, Peter sourced and negotiated the purchase of 240 Fifth Avenue on behalf of Sicis, the Art Mosaic Factory based in Ravenna, Italy. Working with IRO, the French fashion brand, Peter represented them in the leasing of the US Flagship in Soho (2012), as well as their Madison Avenue location (2015). Peter secured a boutique at 625 Madison Avenue for Philipp Plein’s Flagship (2014). Marketing 585 Hudson Street on behalf of a large West Village coop, the space was leased to Mrs. Green’s Natural Market (2013). On behalf of a seller, Peter marketed and maximized the sale price of a large development site in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn (2014). Years earlier, 2009, Peter sourced Camper as the buyer and represented both buyer and seller of 110 Prince Street for a record sale price at the height of the economic decline. Peter attained a B.A. from Lehigh University. Following college, he worked as a journalist in Manhattan before attaining a Master’s degree from Arizona State University. Peter has worked as a real estate broker since 2003, originally with Tarter Stats Realty, and then The Lansco Corporation.
