Peter Sheridan

Sheridan brings 35 years of experience in South Florida’s commercial real estate market, with extensive expertise in brokerage, development and private ownership asset management. Most recently, as Executive Vice President, Industrial for JLL, he is spearheading the marketing and leasing of the nearly 4.6 million square foot South Florida portfolio that Prologis acquired from Liberty Property Trust. Prior to joining JLL and Liberty Property Trust, he was part of JLL’s agency leasing team in South Florida, where he was responsible for the leasing of 1.9 million square feet of office space in Broward and Palm Beach counties. He has also held past leadership positions with Premier Commercial Realty and The Hogan Group.
