Peter Sampson

Peter Sampson started his real estate career in 2003 as a Property Manager and licensed real estate agent working for multi-family investors and operators in Minnesota. During those early years he provided acquisition due diligence and leasing execution for a variety of apartment, condominium, and office investors. At the age of 25 Peter purchased his first multifamily property and continued to be a principal to multiple commercial transactions thereafter. In 2009 he moved to New York City where he worked as a Property Manager for a 900,000 square foot luxury mixed-use property in Lower Manhattan. There, he oversaw all commercial and residential leasing operations, financial reporting, and large-scale capital expenditure projects. More recently, Peter has provided commercial real estate consulting services to a wide variety of investors, property owners, and tenants. He has overseen over 1.4MM square feet of office and industrial assets on behalf of institutional investors and provided ownership due diligence to $20MM of traded real estate. He has a long track record of dissecting detailed leases of all types while providing timely communication and creative solutions to both investors and tenants. Peter spends his free time in the Lakeway area with his wife and young son. He enjoys playing tennis, soccer, and as much time on the lakes as possible.
