Peter Prominski

Transwestern Role Peter is a 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate market in the Washington metropolitan area. During his tenure at Transwestern, Peter has specialized in commercial office leasing in the downtown market. Peter has participated in over 480 leasing transactions with a total dollar value of $675 million. With a successful track record and an in-depth knowledge of Agency Representation, Peter has successfully represented ING Real Estate, BlackRock Realty, TIAA-CREF, AEW, The Tower Companies, ASB Capital Management, Prudential Insurance and many other landlord clients. Peter has completed leases with the GSA, associations, law firms, non-profits, unions, corporations and telephone switching companies. Peter is a member of the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR) and is a past board member, as well as a seventeen time member of its Million Dollar Leasing Club. Peter is active with several civic organizations in Northern Virginia including Catholic Charities, SHARE and has coached youth basketball in Arlington County since 1985.
