Peter Pace, SIOR
Having joined the company in September 1994, Peter is a staple in the York office. He specializes in office and flex sales and leasing as well as investment sales. He has represented local clients in the Triangle area for many years including Pilot Mill, a 110,000 square foot textile mill redeveloped near downtown Raleigh, and Hammond Road Business Park, a 136,000 square foot flex development in south Raleigh. Peter owns commercial properties himself and therefore understands the issues firsthand that property owners face themselves. Peter earned his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation in 2004, a designation held by only 4,200 commercial real estate practitioners worldwide. He is actively involved in the community through various boards and committees, especially through his involvement with Finding Purpose Ministry and The Men’s Bible Study in Raleigh. Peter lives in Raleigh with his wife, Lisa, and enjoys playing golf and spending time with his growing family, that now includes grandchildren, at the beach and in the mountains.
