Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning with a minor in Political Science from Concordia University. He is a philanthropist and an active member of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association and sits on the board of directors of the Hellenic Board of Trade in Montréal. Peter previously worked in the Urban Planning department at the City of Kirkland, which allowed him to expand his knowledge in municipal and provincial processes and regulations, along with construction and real estate. Peter then moved into his over a decade-long real estate career, beginning as a Mortgage Consultant for a notable commercial real estate firm, then becoming a Research Analyst for one of the largest multinational commercial real estate firms where he helped to develop their footprint in the Greater Montreal Area through industry-leading market analysis. Peter then became a commercial real estate broker where he rose through the ranks to attain the title of Vice President of the firm’s Industrial Services Group. Peter provides Real Estate Advisory Services to his clients, including market analysis, site selection, dispositions, acquisitions, and leasing services in the Greater Montréal Area (GMA), including the Laval, North Shore, and West Island sub-markets.
