Peter Kapuranis

Peter Kapuranis has been with J&B Building Company since 2010 and has over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Since 2012, Peter has been an Asset Manager and is responsible for the leasing and management of the company’s real estate portfolio. He has experience in construction management and has overseen several projects including ground up development, exterior building remodels, and tenant finish. Peter has also represented a number of landlords and tenants in their purchase, sale, and lease transactions and prides himself in helping his clients get the most value out of their real estate. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance as well as an MBA from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business (2008), became a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado (2010), and obtained his CCIM certification in 2015. Out of the office, Peter enjoys playing tennis, skiing, and spending time with his family.
