Peter Joyce serves as a Vice President within Stream's Transaction Specialist Group in the Orange County office. Peter specializes in representing corporate office occupiers; as well as advises, educates, and represents current and prospective office and flex tenants in the Orange County market. Prior to joining Stream, Peter worked at Colliers International where he utilized the global reach and expertise of Colliers' in-house research teams and senior brokers to identify areas in which real estate can add value to his clients' businesses. Peter Joyce brings a personal commitment, in-depth market knowledge, and a broad analytical skill set to every assignment.
