Peter Johnson

Peter Johnson is a Senior Director for Avison Young’s New York City Office where he represents both tenants and landlords execute on their real estate needs. With an extensive understanding of his client’s current/future business needs, Peter then utilizes the firms proprietary technology and data/analytics warehouse (Avant), to curate tailored real estate strategies that reach far beyond the procurement of just office space. Thanks to this deep understanding of his client’s business/operations, Peter helps these companies uncover cost-effective real estate solutions & workplace strategies that attract & retain top-tier talent during critical periods of scale. Prior to joining Avison Young, Peter worked as an analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for six years. Peter graduated from Trinity College with BS in Economics and was a Scholar All-American for their Men’s Lacrosse Team.
